Located in Southeast False Creek, Railyard is one of Vancouver’s newest housing co-operatives. Opened in 2018, our co-operative formed as part of a partnership between the City of Vancouver, the Community Land Trust and is home to 135 units varying in size from studio to 3-bedroom.
